Owner Planning Meeting - 1 Day Visit
This first visit is conducted with the business owner(s) helps us understand your situation and discuss your unique challenges. Your Program Coach will also outline the Sales Success Plan concepts and philosophies including certification plan to ensure you feel good about this approach. If you believe the program and it's concepts make sense, then we can outline a training plan tailored to your situation and benchmark certain key measurements before we start so we can review your progress together. We will also set goals and overview program "checkpoints."
Investment: $1,800 plus trip expenses from Program Coach's home location
Management Team Planning Meeting - 1 Day Visit
This visit outlines the program for the entire management team to get them excited about the possibilities. In this 1 day session your Program Coach will outline the Success Plan again and address any issues or concerns that the management team may have. We will also work together to plan the best dates for the management training and first sales training event and discuss how to prepare for these events.
Investment: $1,800 plus trip expenses from Program Coach's home location
Sales Management Psychology and Leadership - 2 Day Workshop
This session is a two day training program to overview the sales coaching process and how to build a successful sales team. Your Program Coach will outline in more detail the program psychology and challenge participants with case studies and activities. Each sales coach will learn the keys to working with creative, independent sales consultants. Sales coaches will learn how to set high standards, how to hold team members accountable and what to hold them accountable for. The entire management team will learn how to create a culture that attracts the best team members and how to inspire results. Your Program Coach will conduct additional mini-workshops on future visits as part of the learning process. Your Program Coach will also work with you to implement a certification plan prior to beginning the training sessions.

Psychology of In-Store Selling - 2 Day Workshop
Identify the qualities of top sales professionals and learn what high achievers do that average and below average performers do not. Learn the basics of how to greet and connect with different customer shopping styles and what one thing you can do to improve your greeting results. Participants learn how to handle customers who say "I'm just looking" and how to take control of those who state a need. Learn how to accelerate trust with customers, how to better understand customer needs, and how to use effective language to present products with greater confidence. Understand when and how to overcome customer concerns and when and how to ask for the sale. Determine the best approaches for building new business including time management tools to help you work smarter. The skills presented in this session become the standard for how to offer service to customers in the showroom.

Intuitive Home Decorating - 1 Day Workshop
Give your team a competitive edge with this interactive, visual workshop. Participants learn how to interpret customer style preferences and how to translate preferences into room design plans. This "hand's on" workshop teaches room design basics and the guidelines of combining color, pattern, and texture successfully. Your team will gain a new confidence to "step out on the ledge" with customers to explore a home's full potential rather than settling for the sale of individual pieces. Each participant will learn how to package and prepare their room ideas in a dramatic and visual format and how to better use technology for this purpose. This course increases job satisfaction for your staff and consumer confidence in your store's design services.

How To Sell and Present Total Plans - 2 Day Workshop
Your team members learn when and how to sell the benefits of a total plan as well as when and how to sell their own professional services to customers. Participants identify and overcome obstacles to working with customers through the design process including how to make successful in-home visits and how to present a total plan. They learn how to avoid the most common mistakes made during this process and how to avoid getting off track. They learn how to close a total plan successfully and how to increase their potential earnings through this process.

Follow Up Program
The training programs communicate the basics of your Sales Success Plan to your team and initiates the change process. From that point onward, your Program Coach will work with you to map out a strategy to ensure that you make progress toward your goals. We ask that each week your sales coach E-mail key measurements to your Program Coach. The Program Coach will speak with the sales coach by phone weekly to identify successes and discuss issues as they arise. At the end of the month, the Program Coach and the sales coach will review performance information in more detail and work together to outline individual improvement plans and training opportunities for the next month. The Program Coach will check in with the business owner each month or as needed to discuss progress. Typically, your Program Coach will also schedule a 2 day on-site visit per quarter. During these visits, the Program Coach will work with your sales coach to complete all of the coaching modules and assist sales consultants individually as needed. The Program Coach will also meet with the business owner during these visits to ensure the team is making progress.
Investment: $1,000 per month paid in advance quarterly plus trip expenses from Program Coach's home location

Store Design Services
Blue Leaf Consulting design services help you to create a new vision for your store's future and a plan of action. This process usually includes a review of your assortment plan and a pre-design look at the space. Once ideas are discussed, preliminary drawings are presented for approval. All final floor plan drawings are prepared in Chief Architect software including perspectives and elevations. Exterior art is prepared as needed in conjunction with exterior renovation plans.
We realize that store renovations can be costly, so we work to maximize your investment. A complete design plan ends up saving time and money as it is executed. Our design fees are usually based on a percentage of the total project investment. Blue Leaf Consulting design fees are paid by draw for actual design work performed and on-site visits. We require an initial investment before final design planning work is begun.
Investment: $1 to $3 per square foot less draws for design work and on-site visits.
